    the current version of NS is <b>NS 3.0 beta 4a</b>. Just a tiny bit confusing then.
    NS hopes to be placed in the My Games list when 3.0 gets out of beta and the final version is released.

    Seriously, NS is going to be displayed on Steams 'My Games' list once the current version (3.0) has left beta status.
    To re-iterate, the most recent version is Natural Selection 3.0 Beta 4a.

    Refresh my memory, but in order for the game to appear on the "STEAM" list officialy and to be supported by vac, doesn't valve have to purchase the rights to the mod? A freind and I were arguing over this, so a heads up would be helpful.

    nope valve will put your mods up there aswell


    as a side note if i remember correctly when i was reading the steam licence agreement anything you make in relation to half life is basically owned by valve anyway.
