"we need better players" also results from a failed rush, i have only heard it twice both times alien team are like "WTH???". i have been told "i see dead people" is for a solo rush that has been pulled off by one skulk etc killing 7+ marines. what about " this hive is mine there are many like it but this one is mine".
These sounds are coming from the hive right like rt under attack and so? Because it would sound perfect on a skulk. Also I never heard any of those sounds (Only when I look threw sound folders or if an admin is playing those rarely heard sounds) in game except the this place is a mess and we need better players one.

i replaced my 'the hive is complete' sound with 'now, we donce' and the crappy 'upgrade lost' one with 'i see dead people' im about to replace the 'game start' one with 'this is my hive....'
there are a lot of marine ones which aren't used(at least 10), i vote for them put in. why was the voice acting paid for if they werent going to be used, some of them i never even saw in 1.04.
just don't ever ever ever bring back 'the enemy approaches' it got SO annoying

It is something like 3rd hive in under 10 mins (probably not that late)
what about the one that plays in the CC when your turtling? its a womans voice that goes "Dont just sit there!"...... scared the crap outta me the first time I heard it.

The waypoint types are pretty dodgy. "weld target at waypoint" is reasonably easy, providing you have a marine with a welder. i managed to give defend waypoint, weld waypoint, and i think i managed attack alien you have to make sure the thign you want to point to is in the middle of the screen, so make the weldable in the exact centre of the screen, and right click i did it on ns_origin just so you know

I'm afraid it did. In 1.0 you couldn't get ammo from an upgrading armoury, so you'd always have two armouries by the end. I think it got the boot after 1.02.
On some servers (specifically WFL [warmfuzzyland]) typing certain words as a say command trigger the sounds to play on everyones computer.
For example: noobs = "We need better players" hive = "This is my hive. There are many like it, but this one is mine." yummy = "I see dead people"
Of course, this is a server-side plugin, and if you don't have some of the custom sounds, you'll have to sit and download them. But its a plugin that some servers all have--its called "PsychoSounds"
Some of the other triggers, that are not NS related but rather just funny/annoying for ingame are: jp = "My Backpack's, got jets" (from some song) hoser = "Don't wreck our show you hoser." twinkie = "Now that's a big twinkie." oops = "Just a little anxious to get up there and kick ET's a** that's all."

Yerp it was in 1.0 with the no ammo from upgrading armoury, not sure what versions after that but it was so funny everyone would sit around it telling comm the armoury was broken. He'd say he was upgradin it and the whole team would suicide for more ammo.
The old waypoints were much easier in the pre 2.0 versions. A good comm could highlight aliens for the rines it was cool.

you have to make sure the thign you want to point to is in the middle of the screen, so make the weldable in the exact centre of the screen, and right click
