<div class="IPBDescription">Wtf, this is bad......</div>I dont know why, but every server out there is ###### up. They are either locked or dont function. The first 3 i joined had pings of 1800!!!!! When i play counter strike my pings are around 25 - 60. WTF is up with this. I made sure everthing on my part was correct. Why are there no good servers? Its like all the good ones are locked or full...


Is NS always gona be like this or is it just a bad bad messed up launch. I bet this game kicks ### though. I wish i could play it.....     I dunno, it seems someone overlooked making the game playable actually. Seems actually that quite a few things were overlooked infact, which really sucks, I was expecting alot more out of this game. It is better than most, but it has quite a few problems.

    this whole time when we said we were balancing the mod and getting it to run faster, we were just sitting with our thumbs up our butts.

    It couldnt be that some people are trying to run a server off their 400 mhz Dell on DSL, or server admins messing with the resource injections.

    And god forbid there be any kind of issue with the game at all, after all - there were <b>over 20 Play testers</b>!  How in the world didn't they know 1000 out of 20000 people would have problems with it.

    Look

    These things will be fixed.  You can either try to enjoy the game, or go play something else.  But stop coming to the forums and making the people who worked over 2 years on this feel like ####.  They know there are problems and they are indeed working on it.

    Calm down, take a ####### chill pill and go play something else if it makes you so upset.

    Well, all I can say is thank you to the devs PT's and everyone else involved in this mod. To tell you the truth I was expecting worse, that's because I was basing my opinion on all the other first releases of mods that have been truly terrible. I certainly commend you all on the effort that went into the mod, after all, having a good first release will hopefully ensure its popularity for the future <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    Even though NS can get laggy sometimes, there is still some servers that run it good.

    I will still play it even if they don't fix the lag ( I know they will though).

    Oh well maybe all these lammas will leave and the good NS players will stay and taste the true golds of NS. hey i played it all day it was great sure there are a few bumps in the road but tell me one mod that got a first release without 1 problem.

    Dont take it to heart guys. noone in this thread did anything more than voice thier concerns, in a POLITE manner. Getting sarchasm and name calling in return makes ME not want to play anymore...save that for the ######## that throw a fit and talk crazy ####. Not the ones being civilized about it.

    The whole lag thing isn't a big deal.  When Dod 2.0 came out that problem was there.

    It took me a little while but i found servers that ran quite well.  I had a blast then.  

    I love the game and am looking forward to playing it so much in the future.

    What's weird is that I joined servers that said I had EXCELLENT latency (7 out of 8 dots in the server list) and I got 10000 ping o_0!! What did that?

    First server i played on was quite good actually., but when it went down i had a time looking for another one.. finally found one though, and to put it simpily, thanks to NS im really damm tired <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo--> I should of gone to sleep hours ago, but NS wouldnt let me... @_@
    While it is difficult to play it with 1000+ pings, if ya really find it that bad just go to a small server.. There are less people, but that doesnt really matter. And pings go down alot, so theres nothing really to complain about.
    shifty: from the servers ive joined it seems that aftyer a certain number of players have joined, the pings go way up. Dont look for servers by latency, look for them by player count if its a problem.

    Well I had 1500 ping on a 30 player and 8000 on a 6 player, lol. I assume that was some guy in his basement on his computer hosting o_0
