    Been downloading since 2o'clock now... at which point it had said 1 hour to download (it's been 2 hours).  It now reads 2hrs 30minutes, I'm at 32%.  I'll be in class when it finishes, I bet (usually, I love night classes)... but on the bright side, when I do finish it, there'll be more people to play with.  All those dial up people and those with cablemodems who are also getting dismal speeds like myself.

    I love haveing a cablemodem.  I just wish the servers had more bandwidth.

    Never use FilePlanet you fools! I remember once i had to wait 55 minutes to start downloading a 100 kb file and they kicked me outta line when i was 10 spots away from starting.

    My recommendation is to head over to CNET's download.com and search for "GetRight" then use their mirror manager and copy and paste all the download links that go right to the file (IE: not ones that link to a download "wait in line" page).

    Using this system I am now happily chugging away at 62 k/s with 10 mins remaining on my happy li'l DSL modem w/ 802.11b network.  <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    well my dl with sinnlabs froze but luckily i planned ahead and was sitting in fileplanets line, so in 10 minutes my dl will start, hopefully i wont get dropped from the queue or my inet connection messes up

    Sweet! I just got it... Wow the installer has the sweetest background sound! Oh yeah and im also putting the install file in the folder which i share on KaZaa and Morpheus, I hope everyone else will do this too so we can all forgo the horrors of downloading from the normal internet.

    OMG I finally found some thing worse than fileplanet...fileshack...At least fileplanet as the courtesy to not LIE about their WAIT times.  Shack said I had to wait 21 minutes at the beginning, it ended up being 30 minutes and it said "Few More Minutes" left for until download start, but those few more minutes ended up being 25 minutes, making it 55 total and then I gave up...now trying Fileplanet...
