    ny way i beleive gorg is most powerfull form ever...
    I allways go gorg in a game, drop some oc and dc in a strategic place and own marines... that's so cool

    More often, Blocking marines base's exits will bring aliens victory... i've tried that a lot and beleive me it does work (of course you have to drop the oc and dc a bit far from the base so seige can't get em)

    Sensory is countered by motion tracking and armor 1.

    There is no real counter to a regen fade taking down all of your electrified RTs.

    IF a "pro" went gorge early game they wouldnt just drop 1 upgrade chambers/oc... The only thing they would be dropping is a rsr the re-skulking.

    No, Sensory is countered by normal clan strategy armor #1 weapons #1 Phase, then you lock both hives down and win sense they have no dc's to attack an outpost.

    The counter to regen fades taking down your electrified nodes *not sure why you would have elect nodes* is to attack their hive forcing them to regroup back.

    I had read the other topic and there is a hl mod that is even for clan and pubbers. Its called dod. The team with the better players will win. The maps are even just most people dont know how to fully use them like avalanch. Everyone says its axis friendly but everyone goes the same way down a narrow open walkway promoting axis to nade spam the area.     People in DOD call campers lamers. It is good against average to below players, however, a good player will take it as a blessing kknowing where one of his enemies are. The best tactic is to setup in an area kil a guy or two then move up. You cant get flags if you camp. Campers eventually lose b/c they dont get flags.

    if the rines have enough time to get armour 1 and mt and the aliums dont have a 2nd hive yet, there is no point... If the team can't get enough kills to get the 2nd hive within that time, with sc that should be easy..

    Also, mt doesn't totally counter sc, i love dropping one in the vent under SAA, and then hanging on the ceiling above the rt with focus.. wait till the rines start buildin the rt, then get them while they are busy.. You can hold off a key point for the rines for the first 5 minutes of the game. Giving aliens map control...

    This thread is pointless. All I've gathered is that Vets in Pubs are better then nubs, and that some people prefer to drop sensory chambers and some don't.

    The most efficent way to play DoD, after playing/watching some cal-i DoD clans:


    Move up as far as possible, and slowly creep around the middle area's trying to get some kills, and once you do nab some kills, you then move up and hold it again waiting for them to kill them again.


    This is very boring. I call this a camp fest. It's too slow for me if I have to stop and wait for over 5 seconds because there is 4 crosshairs on the next area to go to.
