Valve Software
<div class="IPBDescription">Behind the scenes look...</div> Some lucky Belgium guys got to visit Valve after winning some competition, the details escape me.
See <a href='http://games.telenet.be/specials.php?act=one&rid=175' target='_blank'>here.</a>
Lots of funky shots into HL2 work etc. and a quote saying "there's only a few weeks left". Of course, take that with a pinch of salt, but considering this time round the visitors were allowed to see whatever they want, Valve must be pretty confident about the status of HL2.

On an unrelated note, they play Starseige: Tribes. I told you guys that game rocks.
"You don't hear <b>that</b> every day... <i>Thank God.</i>"
Erm, anyway;
By this point I don't really doubt their latest release date (they would be fools to pull what they pulled last time, and delay it again, considering how much investor confidence they lost and how angry Vivendi was) I am just very much in doubt as to when I can get me paws on a new computa machine.
gotta save 60$ + 200$ for new vid card <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif' /><!--endemo-->
A Valve no doubt.
im assuming Q3 stands for Quake 3, so its something quakish. i dont think its a valve.
also - WOW this is so cool: if i were there and it was going to be on tv, they would have to censor me for 15 minutes at a time.
.. 'they would be insane to try and delay it, after they spammed sept 30th so much'
am i getting through to anybody here? <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->
moving on, yes that is great
im surprised they didnt take more shots of in-game... or just shots... hehe.
looks like valve employees get treated well <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> maybe too well... somebody should hire them a gym instructor
they took videos of it, they just didnt upload them to spoil it for anyone.
I was strangely upset when I saw not one large crate.

Then email them asking for a visit. About 3 guys from the HL2.net forums have been allowed a tour, if you ask politely and say how close you live then you may well be allowed in.
Well that explains a lot.
Tequila (ps, happy birthday... whenever it was (yesterday? Day before? My memory is bad)), if you live so close then why aren't you working there? I'd sell my soul, i'd volunteer to scrub the floors and make tea, I'd... no, maybe I wouldn't do that... well not without payment anyway and only for the top people there.

Thanks <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->. Sadly, I live around 3000 miles from Seattle, it's Tycho that lives near.
