after i join a game and go to setting menu and press apply
ns freezes too
plz help, its preety annoying to shutdown ns a restart because a map changes
reinstall did not solve the problem
use that command when you start up ns, then join a server

@stabilo
i have only 1 soundcard internal
These are the specs needed.
amd tbird 1200
gforce3 ti200 (opengl 1024*768)
dmx xfire 1024 (do not use eax or a3d)
winxp
problem came up with ns3 beta 4 (all ns version before worked fine)
I had the SAME problem as his for a LONG TIME!!
And figured out that it was just because of the 'audio reproduction default devide'
I changed it and everything went back to normal <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
