<div class="IPBDescription">a few q's</div> alright with the new 4.0 out servers have the ability to include custom icons tagged onto players names (besides the given dev, constie, vet, ect)
with this implimentation I was curious what exactly the icons were made up from
I was hoping to maybe create one and see about getting it integrated for the regulars on a server that I enjoy playing on
so any information on specs, helpful progs, tutorials, or anything else would be appreciated
