Need Some Help With Ns Server Config

alright here is the deal , I got this company to host me a NS server. They are great and host pretty cheap , cheaper then any other company. Anyway since they dont support NS , they agreed to set it up for me . BUT! the said i need to setup the config file for the NS mod.

Now im not really sure how to do this or what to do.

If anyone could give me a page with information how to setup the config for MP game and how to give opening messages , setup adminmod etc .

Please i really do need the help

You are talking a lot of configurations and tweaking, I hope you have shell access to the machine otherwise it's going to be painful to configure if you have to e-mail the guys every time you need to make a change.
