Do you lie to your rines when a fade has 75% hp and you start yelling 'HES IN THE RED OMG HES ALMOST DEAD' to get them all to find their aim and pump him full of lead?

I do that and it usually ends up in them killing the fade/onos

I prefer the much more subtle "CHASE THAT F&%^"R DOWN HE'S NEARLY DEAD!!!"

But yes, the odd white lie such as that can help your marines act more like Rambo when you want them to!

lying about that you are relocating if you don't want them to wait for an armory can also be usefull.

There is a problem with that though, buggy. The dude phases then has to phase back to base to get his shotty, fill up in ammo and phase back again so despite being hte first to phase he'll be the last to go anywhere! <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' />

What I usually like doing is placing the IP and nothing more till they're all outta base, then I build a few things myself while jumping back in chair to place the res nodes at the beginning of a round, it makes for a very fast paced game even at the beginning for commander, which can get very annoying just cause a lot of the time the players are just n00b and cant kill one skulk at the beginning when he has no upgrades lol. Though if an alien, I personally enjoy the smaller games at the beginning.
