    yes, i was going to mention tha legality of releasing a ripped model....i mean, as long as all tha proper credit is given, and he's not making any money off it, technically, it SHOULD be ok...doesn't mean it is though...

    Microsoft could (And probably would) still sue, right after sending an immediate C&D order.....

    could be problematic....RW..if you receive a C&D order from Microsoft, just do it, don't argue...i'm willing to bet you can't afford a lawsuit, and i'm pretty sure tha NS dev team can't either...
