    exactly. instead of crying "threadromancy!" why dont you just not post and be less unproductive. some people do find uses to threads being bumped from the dead. i know i have.

    I have been using them for along time.. They are nice to have.. It even helps me learn the maps better. ( I can tell because i dont have them anymore).. Hmm Im not a noob but im not a l33t pro..I think they could help everyone.

    They seriously are a huge help, cause if someone says something like "get to miasma" and you need to get there pronto, you can switch on the minimap and double check you're headed to the right place without having to guess. All the work is greatly appriciated.

    I actually emailed him about this for v 2.0, but he said he preferred the flexibility of automatic generation. You could of course always give it another try.

    And nice to see you took over the minimap creation business. I made just a few too many myself to enjoy making them for 3.0.

    Minimaps with location names is better than cold beer, even better than s... OK, they're not better than THAT, but they are pretty darn useful... I'm shocked that they weren't like that from the get-go, much less that they haven't been integrated by the creators- or if auto generation is so important, they don't code a text HUD overlay for the map...
