    I'm not at ALL familiar with CAL, but from the looks of it they seem to be rather popular among the masses.  So I guess I'm happy about this.   <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> yay!

    OGL is also doing the same thing. MonsE said so! (At least I think it was MonsE.)

    CAL is affiliated with CPL.  If you don't know what CPL is, it stands for Cyberathlete professional league which hosts LAN tournaments where you can win prizes (ie. 100,000$ - Yes they do have prizes that large o_O).  CAL = Cyberathlete Amateur league.  If you do well in CAL at least in CS, you can get automatically qualifed for CPL.  Tons of various clans of various mods play in CAL.

    it would be cool if one day, NS would be in the CPL so that we could have tourneys like the summer and winter CPL events for CS

    i wonder how the CAL will play out...

    i'll be following it closely <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
