Wouldn't a cape be sort of hard to animate? Besides I doubt that a cape is very heavy (try to remember that lerks walk real slow)

I'd be up for a skulk with a jetpack though. Maybe a mini-jetpack on its back, with teh funneh rocket fire on his back when he flies ololololol. THe fire would be inside the jetpack, and would be made of alpha textures (or transparency-enabled skins, whatever way you want to put it)
