i have played morrowind a lot before.. and i just wanna have a laugh this time
so i need a cheat mod.. which will max out everything such as speed... and encumbrance and money
any ideas?

If that's all you want to do, then why bother with a mod? Just use the console.
www.morrowindfiles.com was a good site for a ton of mods but it appears to have went down.

This mod is a beta that allows you to play as Predator and travel around Vvardenfell and stuff. The preds are about a head-2 heads taller than Nords... and that's fun to see a nord having to look up at you for a change. It even has a quest storyline and alien drones, facehuggers, chestbursters, queens and empresses to fight! weeee! The models are of high quality, especially the heads. you can get weapons like spearguns, plasmacasters, wristblades, combisticks, smartdiscs... but you cant make the smartdisc return and it wont lock on to enemies... <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

1. The merchant sells tons of arrows.
2. The mercant sells a draedic bow, so you can steal it.
3. The merchant sells a dwarven crossbow, so you can steal it. (I got mine my wandering into a vampire area and killing the shopkeeper)
Greatest moment in my game was a made a gigantic mudcrab that wonder around outside balmora, and i mean it was HUGE!!. Shot fireballs from its mouth to, toke me a good week or 2 to edit the model around in a model editer to cast the spell from its mouth. It was worth it!
Thinking of putting a town on the back of the mudcrab =]

the encumberance... just make an article of clothing have a constant effect spell of feather with like, maxed out points.
as for gold, I believe you can just type in console...

...followed by a number. It's been a while for me so i dont remember the console command exactly.
I just downloaded this one last night, and while it's cool, it has a lot of errors. A lot of armour i have doesn't match up so i get floating body parts, and even when using the better heads pack, i have a lot of people with floating heads.

go to the maps section and look at the pics.
They have made or are in the process of making a new world that circles around the island of morrowind.

I've been good, same old same old really, i'm on gamesurge most of the time in #naturalselection, #lunixmonster and #nsmapping. Come say hi.
But as to the h4x, yeah, i'll make an item later, right now i'm making h4x videos.
Recently i learnt how to add my own buildings, rooms and NPCs, i'm just trying to make my first quest. When i make a quest, i'll finally release my <a href='http://esuna.thezazi.net/images/misc/ScreenShot12.jpg' target='_blank'>Bloodstone Armour</a> plugin with a little quest / shop to get it.
and WOW that plugin looks awesome..

There's a known script problem, and you'll get two popup boxes when Morrowind's loading. I've not found what these are or how to fix them, but from testing nothing appears broken.
