Level 2:you can chose you want upgrade what skill ,Clocking or Focus.When you upgraded clocking ,you can kill all the marine but want only one marine there(Do not unclock to team of marine up to 3).
When you chose foucs,you can go with teamates to kill or solo to kill all marine.<b>Becareful!</b>,if yuo want solo,you want have very good control.

Level 3:The last to upgrade skulk(must upgraded skill).you can chose Celerity or SoF.if you have clocking, i think SoF is best,it can know all the marine where,and hide to road,wait the marine come to die.He is can't see you and you can know and see him(very good killer machine haha),but the marine have scan you want to go back!Because you didn'y have focus and Celerity so yuo will die on marine's shot.
Or you can use Celerity and focus(you are the super killer now=.=\/)But the problem is you want have very very very good control).

Level 4:Here,you can chose go to fade or still do skulk,when you can chose fade,you only can wait three points.I usually use this.or you like skulk (Ya,I like very much Because it is very fast and have good damage[have focus you have one hit to marine and have 140 damage to him!])

Levle 5-10: level 5 to level 10, you can chose all upgrade or go to onos.(i always upgrade focus,celerity,SoF,xxxx[i don't know how to spell,it will +your amnor] and then go to fade,start to kill all marine ,they all my food now haha <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> )

    Carapace is the upgrade for your armor.

    It sounds like a good plan, but alot of the times cloaking won't work because someone eventually gets scan <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->


    I personally go Leap, Focus for my first two powers. The reason being is leap can close a long hallway gap to you and the marine in an instant, one bite and they die(without armor). The main problem with skulk is they are fragile, so a long hallway, or 3-4 seconds before you can hit the marine is death.

    Thats a good combination in my opinion. You don't realize the power of silence until you play a marine and don't hear it till its too late.

    I never get cloaking in Combat, as it is only really useful early in the game.

    You forgot to mention Leap. Leap is one of the best things you can get in combat if you want to go "Super-Skulk".

    If you decide to camp a lot as a skulk silence is a lot better than cloacking and can be useful for the whole game, not just the beginning. Just learn to pick the right spots and choose your fights. Don't throw yourself in front of 3 rines, but you can easely kill 2 (maybe more) from behind. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> Silence is also good in case u miss the first bite (what!?!?!) - won't warn the marine of your presence.

    Even better, some marines may even think you were cloacked when u kill them (no kidding!) and get scan. (1 less upgrade for him)

    The only thing that can stop a silenced skulk is motion tracking but I think most people will get Shot/Armor/Resupply before picking motion. Well, anyway it won't be effective if you learn to stop and wait at the right time/spots.

    Scent of fear is also your friend. For all lifeforms.

    If you are a "battle" skulk celerity/leap is better. Carapace is good in early game but useless once rines get a lot of shotguns. Anyway it won't hurt if u decide to go Fade later.

    Silence is an awesome upgrade, especially once they have mt or scan. Or if they're really observant and can see a skulk shaped blob. Just run up behind the last memeber in a pack and bite his head off, back off, repeat. The only sound they hear is the guy dying, not the bite or the skulk. Also works great for running behind a pack and xenociding just close enough to wipe out an entire shotty rush (which, if the marines are stupid, is their entire team.)

    Cloak is also priceless. Walking into marine spawn on maps like daimos and xenociding on top of the armory is extremely funny if say half the team is humping it. Cloak is also useful for taking out JP'ers in vents. Sit above the exit and bite their head as they come out. Even better if you have focus.

    I generally dont bother with a defensive upgrade if I'm just a skulk. Late-game, everything the marines have will kill you before you can redeem or regen and will eat through carapace in a second.

    I normally go:

    focus,leap,cel,silence,regen,adrenaline,sof,gorge,lerk

    or

    focus,leap,fade,cel,regen,adrenaline,cara

    I would STRONGLY advise against cloaking, as it is utterly useless at the end game, is a waste of an upgrade, and my opinion is that unless you can kill without cloak and arnt willing to learn how to, you might as well just go gorge and help with webbing.

    There is NO secret to skulking. If you want to get good play 3+ hours a day and learn every map, every corner, every little detail of everying in ns. Keep playing and playing and playing until it becomes natural. Then when someone asks you the secrets of skulking tell them 200+ hours of hard work.
