Server Crashing W/ Bots Help

Hi,
My server used to crash when people joined (<a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=67105' target='_blank'>http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/in...showtopic=67105</a>) but ive gotten that fixed. My new problem is that sometimes ill add bots (WhichBot, which is awesome) and after a match finishes, every now and then ill get an error.
does anybody else experience this problem?

Have got serverdoc taking care of the mapchange crashes.
Funny enough the problem is worse if the host o/s is win2k. I had about 2 crashes a day when o/s was XP, and on average 100+ on win2k.
Why did I go back to win2k? Its a tale of woe basically, and involves hackers. However, I will give this warning to any n00bs who are thinking about having their own server.
