<div class="IPBDescription">Is ns done?</div>Is NS completely finished, with nothing left to do in version 1?  Id like to know because if it wasn't, theres a possibility that we would be waiting even longer, come Halloween.  (It's happened dozens of times before)  well, im so excited for the release, and a delay would just about kill me.

    Short answer, YES NS is done, and hopefully, unless something horribly tragic goes wrong(WHICH I PRAY DOESN'T HAPPEN)we will be fragging away them aliens on Halloween.

    Heh, you just said what everyone is thinkin. Well, you see, MonsE has a PR set up.(PR=Public Relations) Basically, gettin the NS name out there, and getting players interested in NS. The trailer is actually part of the PR if I am not mistaken. So, I dunno if the PR has officially started yet, but when it does, it will go on until Halloween. THEN WE SHOTFUN THEM DARNED ALIENS!!!

    There is still some very, very, very final of the installation testing going on.  When that's done MonsE will distribute it to the various mirror sites all over the world, test the download from each one to make sure they're not corrupt.  The natural-selection.org website has to be prepared and ready as will the chnages to the forum.  Then he'll be co-ordinating the PR blitz with the various news sites and a hundred other subtle things that will make this launch go super smooth.

    All this takes time and could not be done until the game was ready.  Be patient, it's only a little longer.

    The trailer was the beginning, but I'm assuming there is probably a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes(like the things ChromeAngel mentioned) to make sure that all the PR isn't for nothing.
