I accually posted a WTH! thead pleading with him not to do it. After a bit of surfing the next day I found out that it was just a cruel joke. I had accually downloaded a copy of the NS instal, and server files so I wouldnt have to play a game with orcs in it...
It wouldnt matter, most people arnt stupid enough to fall for it twice, only noobs would, and even then the non-noobs would probally ruin it.

There should have been something... Maybe about adding rocket launchers, plasma rifles, and sniper rifles to the game. Then everyone would be mad (except the noobs who want that stuff in)

Why is it that when games start getting big, none of the development team wants anything to do with the community?
The last commercial game developer I saw interact with the community in public as if it were another person was George Broussard on the official Duke Nukem Forever forums.

But seriously, the answer is probably that when the game starts getting big, the development team finds that their time is almost entirely taken up by little things, like, oh, making sure they can keep developing the game.
