    ive had some really good customer service like the people who built my computer. when my ps exploded they gave me a new one but upgraded it to a better one and gave me more wattage from 400 to 420

    I took the time to read through that. I for one shall bump this post in hopes that more people take issue with this.

    This could spread to other games people. Just because we are pampered (even though I don't really play anymore, I was before) with good service, an excellent product and what not, we can't let software company's do this. Keep this going and voice your outrage!

    Yes, I am spreading the word, this sort of thing should not be allowed to happen. I for one have never heard nor seen worse than this short of zero customer service. I almost considered drawing an analogy between counter strike and customer service, both = CS, but this is most likely unfair to the game.

    I ordered a 200 dollar CPU and it came with broken pins and it didn't work. I called the company I bought it from and they literally said "tough luck". In the smallest font i've ever seen, there was somthing in the warrenty about them not having to fix the part if it could have been the customers fault.

    Espcailly for games that you atcully have to pay a monthly fee to play there should be enough staff to handle major problems like that.

    By the way, their deleting posts of support over there at those forums. They're really taking a hit for this.
