I have no sound

Everything seems to run fine minus the sounds. I verified the dl, reinstalled and verified again and still no sound.

Please Help! attached tech_support

    Just to verify: You are using the Headset Earphone (Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma)? And is there any output shown in the windows sound mixer for ns2?

    Overall the razer synapse software has been reported multiple times to have issues with ns2 maybe try to reinstall synapse and see if that helps ;)
