Help!! Crashes everytime joining a game - debug report

it says log.txt & minidump.dmp
Can someone help me or is anyone having the same issue??

Post the dumps Here (or somewhere else and link)
Also, disable all your mods just incase.

Please provide your techsupport.exe zip file
IF you are crashing every time, you can leave the crashed NS2 window open while running this executable, and it will create a large but useful dump file.

I unsubscribed all my mods on Steam workshop then I ran NS2 game and went into the mods section, deactivated all the mods to NO that were on YES, clicked restart and it crashed again with the same debug report.

After un subscribing go to your hidden folder %appdata%/Natural Selection 2 /
And delete your workshop folder.
Then make another tech support zip when it fails so we can rule out mods

C:\STEAM\userdata\xxxyour-idxxx\4920\remote\options.xml <- check inside this file for this entry:

See if anything is mentioned there and remove it.

@ATF It says 4920_install.vdf and I can't open that.

You'll find the workshop folder if you press WindowsKey + r and paste this "%appdata%\Natural Selection 2\" and press enter.

I coulda looked into your techsupport.zip....
Your options.xml contains:

There should be an options.xml in C:\STEAM\userdata\xxxyour-idxxx\4920\remote\ or whereever you have steam installed.

Also disable steam cloud for NS2. Goto steam library, right click on NS2 >properties>updates>steam cloud.

hey i found a fix that helped me
Share ur games with ur account to another account u have (or make new acc) then try to run ns2 on that new account it worked for me u do have to change ur settings agian and get the mods u have but it helped for me
