Error: lua/NetworkMessages_Server.lua

Hi, I have a problem with voice messages for example request for ammo, medpacks, vote concede, vote map, ping map etc. When I click on that option nothing happens. Probem appeared with the latest patch 255. My log:

I think you have a bug in the file lua/NetworkMessages_Server.lua with a variable "voiceId"
if tier ~= nil and tier.voiceOverMapping[voiceId] ~= nil then
        voiceId = tier.voiceOverMapping[voiceId]
    end
