The room was unlocked. So it unlocks the blueprint. It taking the recipe resources should be blocked to regular users. Losing the resources sucks. (View Post)
You can't complete the story without going to the PCF. That is one reason you go down there. If you don't care about the story, than why are you complaining about something to motivate you? (View Post)
