Babblers do not function in vents. If you create them in vents, you cannot get them out. Even if you throw the ball out a vent they won't chase it. This is a huge loss to the ns2 trolling community!

Thanks, that makes sense. In the last game, it was after 30 minutes I started to really notice players staggering and warping.

Is server performance worse in this build? Lots of players moving in laggy ways even though their pings are good.

If only we could attach the babbler egg sack to other aliens, and when they got near a marine the sack would start to grow and release babblers.

The babbler ball should not bounce off babblers. I often have to try jumping various ways to get the damn thing thrown where I want, other times it bounces off a babbler, hits my gorge, and the babblers stick to me.

I watched my own recording of the rail gun and I can see how it works now. It doesn't have to ha…I love the babbler model and concept. The execution leaves a little to be desired.
Babblers are useless at attacking marines.
