@narfblat Clearing the cellcache actually fixed several areas, and did not break my starting area. There were still some areas that were broken, but I'm not sure if they …

@Obraxis Yeah no worries, I was just wondering if I could provide more specific feedback than the usual bug reports.
I'll keep on with those as needed. -

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate that you guys are working on it and I know the Experimental isn't meant to be reliable. It's all good, just frustrating sometimes.
A quick update, though: I started a Hardcore game and… -
Every now and then I think the latest update has fixed the problem, but it seems to be luck of the draw whether things will spawn properly or not. One game I only ever found one piece of the beacon, another game there were no parts for the mobile ve…

I'm torn between the idea of having to keep up with base integrity more than what you do now, and not having to bother with it. It's true that once you figure out the pattern, you don't have to worry about it, though things are more fragile when you…

A 300mb update to Experimental this afternoon and it looks like resources are even more broken than before. One game I found exactly one piece of Limestone. In another there was no scrap metal at all. This is a bummer, guys.

It may be that the one in front of the PCF looks bigger because it's in a smaller environment, but I'm pretty sure there's only one kind of Sea Dragon. I've never tried killing that one because it's such a massive pain in the pain.… -
This has been known to happen on XBox and unfortunately there's no reliable fix, you just have to start a new game. My advice is to not get too attached to anything you do in a given game. In the state that it's in, you can't count on it working pro…

This happens from time to time, but I've found it's pretty rare. Report it as a bug when you see it, then restart. That's how I go about it.

No date has been specified. When they have one for us, they'll let us know.

@Rafzakael @LAZYNOOB2017 I saw someone report that this latest update on the XBox has …

When they have an update for us, they'll give it. Asking for updates before then isn't going to get you anything. So, don't hold your breath, it'll come when it comes. -

I reverted to Stable, too, but I actually had lag issues with clicking on things. It was weird, sometimes I had to click on something several times, and other times when I was selecting something in my inventory, it would get stuck… -
Crabsquid are so easy to kill, I will usually do so whenever I see them. Once I have a stasis rifle, anyway. It's also fun running them over with a Cyclops. However, if I want to avoid them, I can do so easily.
Any given creature makes s… -
I still wonder if there are subtle hardware differences between different xbox units. Not enough to announce a new gen, but different enough that it can affect performance so much. Some people have this problem but I think most don't. Why does it pe…

I've had this problem before, on PC and XBox, but it's been very rare. It's been so long since I last saw it, I can't remember when the last time was.
@32bitcalI have killed many, many Reapers over my many games. Sometimes I try to exterminate them entirely, but it gets boring pretty fast.
I have killed a Sea Dragon with a knife, but I used a regular knife, not the heat blade. I don't know if t…I'm still of the mind that Subnautica works best as a single-player experience, but with that said, this is really, really impressive and looks like fun. You guys have done an amazing job with this. You can do all of the Lost River in the Seamoth, which used to be my preferred method of getting through there. Also, with a single ultra-high capacity O2 tank, you can go from the top of that pit where a Ghost Leviathan patrols, all the way to the …I remember having this problem on XBox a long time ago. I don't have the issue on PC.
It may be something else they're working on, but I'd report it as a bug.(Quote)
Honestly, I hope not. It may be cool at first but with how much I go in and out of the habitat, it would quickly become annoying. To me.They also could have had a shuttle to take stuff down to the planet. Or assembled one if they needed it, and then built whatever else they needed once they were on the surface.(Quote)
Dropping stuff on land can be problematic, sometimes it'll clip through the terrain and be lost.Sounds like a tall tale, to me.I've had creatures like crabsquids knock my Seamoth through the terrain when they attacked it, leaving me to drown in the Deep Grand Reef. Clipping through terrain is definitely a problem sill.
As for the disappearing Seamoth in [BUG] Seamoth disappearing Comment by elfcrisis July 2018My base names are boring. Stuff like, "Shallows Base Alpha" or "River Gate Base".If the Vesper is right over the pole of the planet, it could also be using some sort of power to stay in place and/or move when it needs to. It doesn't necessarily have to use same model we know of now for how a space elevator works. Kind of like ho…re: multiple space elevators
I'd think it would be so you could go up and down at the same time, but I guess we'll find out.
re: Unity 2018
I got the impression that they were upgrading the entire game to that (and that it's …Now I wanna build something to let me get on top of the Aurora. Not meant to be up there for sure, I'd probably just fall through.
