NVM disregard this

If it's hardly ever useful, then it's probably best not to add it as it contributes to bloat. Having a lot of small, rarely used features is bad.

Nah brah, gotta use that double-buffered vsync.
Also, oddly enough, even when I use double-buffered vsync, it doesn't lock to half my refresh if I go below. Is adaptive vsync automatically happening? I have it set to application-controll… -

Framerate-wise, anything like that would be almost imperceptible. -
My icon changed to blank :C
Oh and plz remember guys, to actually see any updates to the icon, I'm pretty sure you have to recreate your shortcut. -
I'm perfectly fine with having it server-configurable, as long as it is advertised in some sort of way (either by the server name or the server browser).

At what settings? -

IDEALLY the cutoff point would be 100. With NS2's current state, I think it should be 150. -
Necro much?
-
I usually set it to that afterwards. Try creating a new desktop shortcut via Steam.
-
I personally think lag compensation should end at ~150. You really shouldn't be playing on a server with 200 ping.
-
The problem is simply that the net code is relatively slow, largely due to LUA, and that NS2 has fast moving entities. I get that LUA is portable and easy to use, but it was a poor design choice regardless.

CSGO is not as high skill as many people advertise, but it is a decently competitive game.

"Natural Selection 2 is now installing." -

If some servers started playing with that mod, that would probably be enough to get me playing NS2 again. -

It is still in no conceivable way "a lot of positive feedback", no matter how you spin it. -

Agreed, and F4's are a lot more annoying than concedes. With conceding, you decide as a team, whereas if you F4, you may end up ruining it for everybody. -
"We continue to receive lot of positive feedback to many of the changes we’ve made over the last year."
You are joking, right? At least as far as gameplay changes are concerned, you have received nothing but flak.
Most… -
But then how am I supposed to bluff as an onos?

I remember that, in the past, people wanted to make rounds shorter because conceding was somewhat of a problem.
People should only be conceding (and generally only do so) with the idea that the round is already lost, with no point in pla… -

I don't recall there ever being a point when people would choose crag more often than shift, though there were points when it was a more reasonable option. -

Railies have trouble being useful because rounds are too short, with onos dominating late game.
