You need the blueprint to build the launch pad. There is no blueprint for the rocket; the rocket sections unlock one at a time. He has the blueprint for the launch pad; it just won't unlock.Won't even let me open the save. Changeset 59784 is newer than the current version. Well that's just great-- my experimental build is on #59784, and says it's more recent than the official. If it doesn't load, I'm gonna feel some kind of way about that. All 17 have been viewable for some time now, but the last two are effectively locked until we can build the rocket.It's still gone as of Experimental #59761. That's not the same thing as what the game is saying. An equivalent statement would be to say putting on a parachute will ensure against your eventual death. (It won't. It'll just postpone it.)
