Is that really what his face looks like?

That just means the Subnautica sequel will have icebergs. -

Well, given that apparently the Mongols of all people are one of the biggest galactic empires around (according to subnautica), I would assume so. -
So this is going to be played on full maps?
Which purpose do the cysts serve? Will there be RTs? -

New mod idea right here -

...hm, now I kinda want a Natural Selection 4X strategy game. Or at least some kind of strategy games based around these giant phase gates and expanding into the galaxy. -
I literally just found my first time capsule.
If there's a DoubleJ around here, thanks for the seaglide!
Guess I'll have to give back a bit and vote on these -
Guys, I figured out the solution.
The correct answer is: "I'm playing the fuck out of Subnautica."

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate how awesome it is that you guys skip the whole "second sequel" problem many … -

On the other hand, plenty of people will stop playing if their games happen in a vacuum.
Basically, you can't win. -
Maybe they will take another shot at Future Perfect or what it's called.

And this is why you can never please everyone - some people want competitive balance, some want atmosphere. -

It doesn't help that there's a nebulous "Level" system that literally doesn't do anything except increase numbers. -

That way everyone will be obsessing over their "league" or "ranking" or whatever instead of their number. I don't think it would fundamentally change anything. -
Does this effect only work if the player has atmospherics enabled?
-
I mean, at some point you just gotta let the better team win, too.

Wait, are you saying ns2 is buggy? Disregarding the flamethrower issue, when was the last time ns2 has had any serious bugs? -

I think auto balance only kicks in if the difference is two players or more, but I'm not sure. Used to be that way, anyway. -

I take everything back. -
Nordic, have I ever told you I love you and your data?
Other than that, an empty slot has the potential to be filled by a good player. A player slot filled by a bad player does not.
And bad players can make things worse. Eve… -

I really like this idea, promotes aggression. You really have to make sure your maps work out for that, though. -

I don't think sending out rejection letters is feasible in this case. Not only are the overwhelming majority of applicants like this, but you don't want to send the message "try again" to people you don't want on your team.

The map is kindof snowbally. What tends to happen is that one team takes control of the middle and then defends it to the bitter end, where the enemy can't hope to catch up anymore. Additionally, turtling seems to be an issue, on both sides.

Oh. But why would you ever buy a consumable when you could get a permanent upgrade instead?
Do you get the upgrade points back? Is there an unlimited amount of upgrade points with progressively higher XP requirements? D…(Quote)
Neat. So basically a heal/resupply ammo/scan/inject drugs ability on a somewhat long cooldown? This looks pretty good. Question, though, how do the consumables work?Much!(Quote)
I mean, I don't think they do a lot of infiltrating. They don't have to. They politely knock on the front door and ask and then the tech companies do what is asked of them.Looks a little dark in the center of the room, you might have to put an ambient light into it. We'll check it out on sunday.Google hasn't been not evil in a long, long time.
Also good thing I recently switched to a password manager and 40 digit long random passwords, I guess...
