I also find it interesting that nobody complained about exos, which also tend to rack up the kills. I was votekicked out of a server twice because my railgun was destroying groundskulks and straightlerks/sentrylerks left and right.

For killing a Fade, you absolutely need aim, game experience and tech. Everything else is optional but greatly helpful.

I suggested some time ago a coach system where veterans would join a team as a coach and indirectly help the team with hints, tips and directions instead of directly by playing the game. Maybe that to go along with the mentor system would help?

Most marine wins are due to JP/GLs with cover from exos in overtime, at least from my experience this weekend. Not even a couple of sneaky Onos, gorges and skulks were fast enough to kill the marine base in time.
