Might have found a new one. Problem with the dev panel cheats. I know some don't work right but this did before the new patch.
- Using any of the cheats to acquire all blueprints like allblueprints, unlockall, bobthebuilder will usually work..… -

The feeling right now is none of the biggies can't spawn in their natural environments yet by themselves but you can now spawn them in if you like with the dev controls. -

I believe it is still A to open the change menu but they changed it so you have to then move it to the side to select the battery to put in so it doesn't steal them by accident. ( must have a battery in inventory to use the option )

In the previous version I noticed it does this when there is a lot of complexity, like you have a big complicated base. wildlife is the same. when I start new and go right to the ship it does not happen.

I noticed the welding point on the pod is above the broken panel for me. try to look around it with the welder equipped and you should see the Weld % indicator somewhere then be able to fix it.

NEW VERSION - observations
- save/load is broken and not accessible. If you choose the load file tab you cannot get out and have to quit the game to get back to the menu. Deleting your save or reinstalling the game do not help.

For that that have not gotten the update and want to push it I had to unplug power from my xbox to do a hard restart and that triggered the patch for me.

Yes the game update is released. Seems the save/load function is completely broken. I am trying to reinstall now to see any help. Lost my pretty base in doing so but that is no big issue, it was just to learn a bit anyway.
