This sounds similar to an older bug where docking to the Cyclops with a torpedo arm equipped on the PRAWN suit would make it spaz out and fly all over the map.
Did you by chance have a torp arm equipped on the PRAWN? -
I'd really like to see a place to type labels on the full size storage lockers, similar to what we have on wall lockers.
This would make keeping things organized much easier and less of a PITA than trying to post signs above each locker. -
I guess I'm in the minority here but I've always used a flare over the light stick/flashlight since the beginning. Once you pick up a lit flare it stays lit, so you can carry it in your inventory and pull it out for a handy hand light whenever neede…

For me the idea is that it makes you unable to keep playing after launch, (especially if it deletes your save) which could come as an unwanted surprise to new players. Some kind of notice that pops up in the PDA telling the player … -
Swapping the damages so the hardened blade does more damage than the thermal would solve the issue imho, since then you have the option of using the thermal to flash cook things for killing, or do more damage with the hardened blade, which also make…

Thanks for letting me know, and carting the cells isn't too big of a bother, if you don't mind a bit of tedium you can also rechrage them in the field using the Seamoth's solar upgrade, or the Prawn's thermal one and just swap out cells for fresh on…

Use the console commands ( http://subnautica.wikia.com/wiki/Debug_Console_Commands ) to spawn in a new Prawn Suit plus the missing upgrades, dump the old one in a l…

Currently the scanner rooms range (around 200 meters if that with all range upgrades) makes it all but worthless unless you built fifty or more of the base pieces in various points across the map.
What might be handy is… -
Like Scifi suggested, just giving us a hotkey we can press to trigger the sonar pulse so we don't need to exit the cameras every time we want to use it would solve the issue nicely.

You can also just use the other PRAWN's drill arm to destroy it, or take it down below 900m and exit once it starts taking damage.
Or just park it in a lava vent where it will take damage.
The downside to ju… -

IIRC you can't hang posters in the Cyclops unfortunately. -
For building signs in places where you normally can't, one work around I've found is to place a poster up in the area, build the sign over the poster in a valid spot, then take down the poster.
This lets you build signs in some hatch way… -

IIRC, titanium and other resources dropped on the ocean floor directly under the life pod don't vanish (at least they didn't a couple build back) So making a pile of resources on the sea floor may be a work around?

I ran into this in a couple places too, there's no real "fix" I've yet found, even swimming away across the map and returning it still spawns minus fragments and the actual wreck.
The best workaround I've found so far … -
In case you somehow overlooked it, check the com array in the life pod (the box with the flashing red light behind the ladder leading to the surface) It will play audio messages and give you coordinates to various points of interest in the world and…

From my experience this bug is only present with the Seamoth, I have yet to run into it with the Prawn. Could it be a specific module slot that doesn't register and not the depth module? -
The bug sucks, but honestly it's not entirely game breaking, once you have the build tool and a couple wall lockers inside a base tube piece thrown in on the ocean floor you'll never use these things again; they're helpful for maybe the first couple…

Aye I've done that before when I've had the Seamoth or Prawn run out of juice unexpectedly, it's really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

I've had this happen before with a PRAWN, and a Seamoth, there's no way to get them back, the best work around I know of is to use the debug console and spawn commands to conjure up a replacement + missing modules and loot.

The Inactive Lava Zone Corridor that's to the north of the Aurora wreck, that tunnel is pretty much pitch black walls, ceilings and floors so it's very easy to get lost in there when piloting the Cyclops, (more so when the Cyclops's lights don't ill…

I've only had this happen with those floating storage lockers and duffle bags on the PC, the wall lockers and other ones built with the habitat tool haven't had any issues. (For both me and my significant other playing on 2 separate computers.)
-
Aye, the torpedo arm screws up the PRAWN suit currently if you dock it with it equipped. Other arm modules seem to work without difficulty however.
-
I've experienced this as well, along with mushroom forests "popping in" during travel when speeding forward.
It's more noticeable the faster you swim/drive, especially with speed swim fins on. -

Yes, by using the Debug console commands and item codes to give yourself back the items you lost.

While it's annoying I agree, I wouldn't necessarily call it "game breaking," only the waterproof lockers are affected, standard lockers you build in base properly store their inventory. (as does the locker on the lifepod) It… -
Just hoping to hear if this is now a fixed issue or if it still persists in Infected?

In the experimental build people reported it was fixed in, or the reg build? (And when it the next reg update set to launch?) -

Thanks for the update, I really hope this proves to be the case, I've missed playing since the bones update introduced that bug. (getting eye strain while trying to deal with the inventory menu is a game stopper for me.)

You can play it with steam in offline mode without any difficulties. (beyond the current plethora of bugs already in the game anyway.)
