Your CPU is dual core 3.3ghz. Your GPU only has 192 cuda cores on it. I'd be suprised if you got 30fps on all settings all the way down at 1280x720 resolution. Deffinitely get a better processor, and strongly consider a better gpu.

asus vg248QE 144hz that costs 299$ Deffinitely reccomend. 1ms response time very fast. lightboost is over-hyped, i prefer standard 144hz because it is just as smooth and the colors dont get dimmed down.
