Leave the console, its always handy in case of bugs. Always better to have an escape method than to have to start over entirely.

I still consider the Dunes and Grand Reef to be late game. Though I guess they are more mid-game now...?
Would definitely prefer to have the seamoth for scouting at the same time as being able to drill with the prawn. Its kindof a pain to go all the way back to base to switch vehicles or build a new base every time I want to mine out a particular area.(Quote)
There are very few elements in finding a given item that is dependent on the z axis though as long as you're within a 100m or so. There really isn't anything in the water column to search for, certainly nothing that is difficult to…I suppose that would work, was going to keep it as a kinda unique decoration though. There has definitely been something to having to make your own maps though. Diving into cartography has been fairly entertaining tbh.I'd be fine with it if they slowed down how long it takes the fruit/veggies to rot. Er, wut? Did they nerf thermals big time? How are bioreactors king? The only downside to thermals is needing to be near a vent or using power relays, but other than that... a thermal reactor is the best one available.
