I played Aliens for 2hrs on 253, and I think I like this AV.

Just sort by # of players, after the browser finishes updating.
This way most empty Rus servers disappear from your screen.
And don't forget that very often a server is inbetween 2 rounds, when a slot becomes vacant.

I did notice Skulk + Lerk have the faint growls, but as far as I can tell, only after a fast movement stops.
Then after a few secs on stationary, they go completely silent as before.

I played a round or 10 on the Yo clan server this afternoon.
Many times, we Aliens got slaughtered within 5mins, and before we knew it, the marines were in our base - killing our remaining eggs, game over.

OT again, but has anyone played ETQW (also Aliens vs Humans)? That game has tons of very funny taunts, which produced so many hilarious moments that it still makes me smile when I think about them.

Great to see this...I really hope LS will rise again, because it was awesome to play, even in that rough state.

I think I've read somewhere that they disabled grenade-whipping, because grenades are now client-side predicted, and they couldn't get this to work on whips yet.
So my guess is that this wil get fixed in the future. -
I get that since release.
It's not a showstopper, won't hurt your gameplay...but the quickest way to fix it, is to go to the Mods-menu and hit Restart. -
