That's already been fixed. I'm not sure if it's in stable, but it's in experimental.

Cory responded to these types of requests on discord.The devs have been trying to make the ending optional and something that you can avoid if you want to. Even if there was no story there were still no plans to expand the map out farther than it is now before v1.0. There will be an expansion released…The thing I'm most worried about getting pushed back is terrain polish. Having a giant rock appear in your base after an update is only excusable during the early access period of development.(Quote)
I don't really see how that would work unless they decided to put Brain Corals all over the Lost River.They already have a concept for what a Scanner Room scroll bar could look like up on trello.

I don't want it to be pitch black, just a good bit darker than it is. You should still be able to see things like stalactites from a decent distance away.If you press the right mouse button it switches between having the map on and having the light on.Yes, it did get an update.

The icon for mercury seems to be using kyanite art for some reason.If you build things inside your Cyclops while it's tilted the objects the objects will still be placed facing their normal direction, which is what's happened in that picture.I'd like to see a lot of these areas made darker, not only because it looks better, but also because it makes things like flares, light sitcks, floodlights, and sonars more useful.
Exactly what changes I'd like to see are below:
Ca…Aluminum Oxide is in the Grand Reef and Sea Treader's Tunnel while Sulphur is in the Lava Zone and by the Giant Cove Tree.The Rock Puncher was an old fauna that got cut from v1.0 due to the removal of terraforming. Nope. The fact that they're unlocked after you already have the flare blueprint, cost more to craft, run out of energy faster, and don't even provide as much light makes them even less useful than flares unfortunately.All the fade in option does is give any item that loads in a fade effect.
