That doesn't change water murkiness, just how far things show up. If you set it to something really small there will just be a cylinder of objects or water around you followed by an endless gray abyss.

Realistically I'd say it would be more likely that they would eat small plankton, with their large mouths similar to a basking shark's, and soft outer membrane that wouldn't be effective at killing large fauna.

I've found that turning it up higher to like 90 actually helps make things look bigger, while turning it down just kind of makes everything look zoomed in rather than larger.

Sea Treader outcrops are now Shale Outcrops due to Basalt being removed in experimental mode. They give the same things that normal Shale Outcrops do.

I started it on the newest experimental. They were only in two small caves that I found after a while of searching, and were still missing from every other cave in the game.

They've said before on the discord on multiple occasions that there will be both large expansion packs and small free updates. I don't really see why they'd change that.
