I don't particularly want to text wall the post so I'll just drop the link to the thread here.

It could indeed tie into sanity and the survival aspect, I think the idea of your character having to keep themselves busy is good, as long as they're doing something they don't go so insane. The radio, and clinging to the idea of home, would help i…

The plasma cannon could use plasma in it's firing process, instead of using it as actual ammunition. It super heats plasma in special tanks that combine a chemical into the mix as well. This creates large capsules of plasma that ar… -
On the topic of Base suggestions. Tarek. Do you think you could sketch up a few ideas, or at least they'll be food for thought?

Distillation. Then you get fresh water AND salt. Personally I'd like to see a chemistry set added to the lab. Subnautica is already a game about exploration and study of a brand new world, cataloguing of creature etc. So why should… -

If we had to design a shield, I think the shield module should be a small command centre type thing with a rotating dish or emitter on top of it, like the radar on a boat.
There should then be small pylons that you buil… -

I envision a hangar for the seamoth, I think the cyclops would have a docking tube type attachment on the base. Then you link the cyclops' personnel hatch with the docking tube, allowing you to go straight from the sub to your base… -

Like I said in the base thread, when I came up with the idea. I'm all for complicated dishes. Don't forget to add some stuff with steamed or otherwise cooked up coral pieces and such too. I love the drawings though, they look good.

It's not a big deal over nothing. Lets take... stranded deep as an example. When you start the game, you start with basic supplies, just like a real survivor, lost and alone. The odds are stacked against you, sharks will kill you, … -

Yes, because dying over and over again, having half the game locked off to me while I desperately try to fend off starvation is an artistic image I enjoy. I play survival games to survive, not appreciate the "artistic image" of dyi… -

Na, mininuke torpedoes wouldn't be that cool. I'd take a full yeild nuclear torpedo instead. Even though such a thing technically doesn't exist. Doesn't mean I want it in game, I just find nuclear weapons fascinating. -

Flare torpedo, now there is an interesting one. When it explodes, how many flares are released? One? two? A hail of thousands? That'd be neat. I'd shoot them at the sky and make it rain flares for years. #Bars. ♪

The actual footage itself is pretty meh, not a whole lot to look at in terms of the sea floor. However I see what you mean as a live reference for the ROV concept and it'd certainly be interesting. There is potential to have small ROVs contained in …

Personally I'd like it if the habitat module contained some different stuff. For example, there is coral, creep vines and fish right? So what if inside the habitat there was a work station that could only be used for food, but allowed you to make fu…
