You could see marines walking on creep but that was in beta like over a year ago. Since then they wanted alien commanders to use drifters in detection until the nerfed the fudge out of them.

Hydras are currently very expensive, think about it. If a gorge costs 5 pres but 3 hydras cost 9 pres? Turrets should not have to have a battery to operate them and should be able to turn 360 degrees, this way you can place one here and one there …

24+ slot servers are here to stay, if you want to get rid of them then you might as well get rid of 90% of the player base.

I would ask the admins here to lock this thread otherwise it will just turn into players complaining about third party servers.

At what point did UWE decide it was okay to completely redo the alien tech tree after the release? It had basically been the same thing for 8 months or so and now most players get back in and have no clue what to do.

I'm assuming you’re talking about UWE servers. Private servers seem to do pretty well, the only exception I see are the hour long games where turtles… -
Stomp works perfectly for the onos, you just have to be 3 feet from the marine for it to work.

I would like to see it brought back to where marines feared the bile bombing gorges. The reason why aliens need a siege type weapon is to break a turtle, it far too easy for marines to set up robo factories and armories to block doors and hallways.…
