Subscribe to it and it will download it to your mod directory, there is no other way to get it yet.

Disable Show Hints in the Options, it's most likely that it's getting fixed in the next patch.

Playing aliens has never been more intuitive then with 250.
Had alot of problems to play properly as fade before now I am at least a threath to the Marines,
same goes for Skulking. -
Looks like newest upgrade is bugged afk ejects commanders that are active

It's already fixed again by deleting the cache folder in the appdata folder.
But those shaderfiles were from normal ns2

Happens to me too but only if I alt+tabbed, and not even every time.

Can confirm that to the drifter is selected an doesn't do anything.
It is fixed by reselecting it tho. -
Try to Disable Mumble Overlay it causes issues with NS2, and every other Overlay does too.

Something fishy is going on with your Gfx Error: Couldn't initialize the render device.
Might want to update your drivers. -
You have to force NS2 to use your Radeon card in the CCC but I don't know where to find the option right now
