Yeah definitely an incomplete download, I was in there just before the update and it was entirely finished.

Since the update, all the lag I had (which I think mostly if not wholly had to do with the seamoth) has for the most part disappeared. Maybe I just don't have as much of a support leg forest.

For the moonpool, it should be part of the vehicle upgrade station. Just have a slot on the other side from the module fabricator to stuff resources in like a locker.
