Skill-stacked games happen and they usually suck for everyone involved, unless someone is getting enjoyment out of trolling a server. I do not think that typical players who are accused of stacking are doing so maliciously or even intentionally.

This was suggested many times, but it was deemed that pressing spacebar to queue your jump was more skillful.Carapace is still 43% ehp for skulks. The entire proposed benefit of RFK is that it fixes tech explosions. Nobody has mastered the wallhopping because it's been here for a couple months at most. I never claimed to have it mastered. That said, I'm pretty good at it -- probably better than 99.9% of the other players in the game.
