If you consitently win engagements and out skill the other team you will obviously win... its not the whole story but the best strategy and plan and teamwork will never win if you cant kill.

Its not bile nor the gorge that is the issue here. Its the mechanic that one player can pay 10 rez and win the game due to a long range high dps skill and a notification system that doesn't work.
No rine can end the game in 30 seconds so… -
Just keep grinding, gather skill levels vary a lot from game to game so its really luck of the draw. Learn from the good people and ignore the dumb ones.

there needs to be a delay otherwise you arent punished for bad aim/running out of ammo. It also gives skulks a chance to close distance. The combat is kinda balanced around this delay.

All I see in your mod post in the modding section is the balance thoughts of a player who likes sentries, mines, and building clog 'forts'. Oh and skulks who jump/dodge. -

You know its physically possible to empty a pistol clip with a decent mouse (no script/macro) just as fast as a script/macro?

Its just the natural process post release of any game where bad players / derpy players start to quit and the community becomes more condensed, offering better games for everyone.
