As much as it would be cool to play Subnautica side by side with someone else the devs have said that there will be no multiplayer.

Good idea but when making something like this it might be a good idea to add something to give the player a hint or a clue that it is a creature.

@gamer1000k Its funny because ARK had such potential as a game but it went to waste due to reasons such as the community, paid DLC during early access, overpriced, diff…Why a refund? the game is really good even without multiplayer.The Dead Zone is such a nerve racking, unsettling, lonely and a very uncomfortable place.
To be honest, it may be better to leave the bases the way they are and just add a new island entirely for us as players make a use of it. But good idea though!
