Lost River got a few updates but it's still not finished yet.
Inactive Lava Zone is almost done from what I can tell. Still no Sea Dragon though.
in UPDATE IS OUT! :)

It doesn't have to be 2 KM away from anything.
You can make an arctic zone accessible through a warp game connecting two precursor facilities on different sides of the planet.
That would make it a lot more believable and give the … -
I really really hope they do. It's design is probably the best out of all the creatures in Subnautica.
We need more hammerhead sharks with transparent skin! -

Ahhh... the Super Mega Ultra Big Leviathan that feeds on Super Mega Leviathans.
-
It might be the Leviathan shown in the Lost River artwork that has a transparent skin.
However, he got cut out somewhere down the line.
If they did decide to bring him it back then I'm overjoyed! -

The sounds are from a Reaper Leviathan who patrols somewhere around the Mountain Island. -
I just don't see them as very practical at the moment. They are waaaay too big to be used in shallow waters, like the safe shallows, kelp forests or any kind of underwater caves/mountain range.
They would need a good reason to be in game… -
Manta:

Draconis:Very old. It probably died millions of years ago. They were prehistoric life forms, kind of like dinosaurs.Ahhh... the Phantom Leviathan. The one creature I desperately wanted in game. Unfortunately it got cut out.
If they do ever add it in I'd rather they make it part of a side quest/story line where you have to find it by searching for clue…(Quote)
Incorrect. The addition of chest mounted floating devices should increase buoyancy.

For now anyway. Weren't they supposed to make the night go quicker if you slept in them? Or is that not being implemented anymore?I feel like the Cyclops is a tad too small to fit everything in. Which is why the Manta or Draconis would have been a really good addition to the game. Larger subs with a massive vehicle bay would make me very happy. There are a million things they could add, they just don't have the time and resources to do everything.I really don't get the imprisoning of the Sea Emperor. Why? How?
What purpose would it serve? Do the precursors and leviathans (if sentient) hate each other for some reason?
Nice. It looks a lot closer to the artwork ambience now.(Quote)
It might be that the game thinks the Cyclops is still moving/falling and as such, it causes collision damage/rams you?(Quote)
Wait... wasn't that a cover up for their "real mission"?(Quote)
That...makes no sense. Although I like the idea of a sentient biome or a biome sized creature.(Quote)
PLOT TWIST:
Baal is the Sea Emperor!!! DUN DUN DUUUUUUUN!
BTW, are the Precursors native to this planet?Ripa' stole mah bike!

Yeah, I figured it might be a bug. My Floating Island base has breaches despite being built on land. Water flows in but surprisingly it doesn't fill up.
Room still loses power though. The new Mountain Island looks great! Hope we get some new plants or land fauna for it as well.Found Mesmers in the Mushroom Forest, and they have the new audio effects added as well.
I didn't see any eggs though, but then again, I haven't really been searching for them.(Quote)
Which biome is he going to be added to? He sort of looks like he would fit in the Lava Zone, but the artwork for him shows a different one.(Quote)
So that means I can never have an interconnected base without it turning into swiss chesse?
I mean seriously, this even happens on dry land ffs! Just go ahead and build a base on the floating isle and see for yourself.
…I really do hope that development continues after the release of patch 1.0.
You can already kidnap their eggs, hatch the babies and then throw them into the reactor.
If that doesn't sound like something a psycho would do then I give up.
People already breed stalkers for teeth anyway. It beats running aroun…Yay... reinforcement panels... expensive stuff that doesn't make much of a difference because even if you completely cover a Multipurpose room in them, you'll still get leaks somehow.
And this is at depths <100 meters.
It's like these…
