As far as Im aware, Mods don't do anything to your Personal skill other than Streamline it and Make it Eye catching.
That...And change things up a bit.

That feels like the faded mod.
No commanding yes...but communicating for survival rather than winning has a better "feel" of command in a way.

I didn't even See this thread and made a suggestion on weldable vents and doors on the suggestion thread.
