In my case - my game was bigin right above lifepod 17 which lay on seabed with nice hole in its hull. When i've receive this message i think 'wtf? there is nobody!'
I think DEVs must replace Lifepod 17 to surface of any island or just drop it … -
This is an old bug.
You build subwater base. But from time to time somebody wants to live on surface. they 'rising periscope' and build some structure above the water surface. Game don't understand - where player actually is - below or above w… -

The old bug with 'not openable' doors still present after adding (in my case) scanroom. Disassembling a few doors some time can help and past few doors i can open again.
About 'control console' - good idea will be to add (as on Cyclop) lightin…As I understand Seamoth depth compensator "Mark 1" means that will be "Mark 2" and so on..?

Who's tell you that radio has 100m radius of receiving? At first messages you got info about "No life signs detected at 100m" but not about radio's working radius.
