Just happened to me: my save was 2 days, 15 hours. Yeah.
After playing the same save for so many hours (I started this save after the last update), I really thought I was in the clear.

Fabricator is not saving fish data. Every time I bring a fish to cook it says "new creature discovered" and there aren't any lists in the food/water section, even though I've cooked that and other species a hundred times.
