My First Model.

<div class="IPBDescription">Check it out.</div> It's loosely based off of the Bolt gun from WH40k, and the Machine Pistols from UT. Need a skinner, and animator, that would be awesome. (It's a maya binary btw).

    Well, the handle doesn't need detail since it can't really be seen ingame (Hands cover it, and it's under the gun).

    To facilitate skinning and animating, the handle will stay the same.

    true handle isnt seen much ingame. just nice to make it better. Still, good job for a first. I like it, keep it up. Needs more roundness for my liking

    Yeah, I had a few guns made before, and a pistole made more recently... The pistol is rather undetailed for even my liking, but it's nice looking in a simple way.

    What would you guys say about me adding a stock to the gun?

    There's bound to be a plugin for 3DSM to import maya binaries.

    Maya is an easy, and effective program to use. If it wasn't so expensive, it'd litterally make things like 3DSM whither away.

    you can export in other formats with maya, like .obj

    .obj files can be imported into ms3d but i think in 3dsm too
