Heard@ http://www.natural-selection.org/
Alright, I think that "music" is such with the kickassness. Um...this is a request to whoever flashed the menu, but could I have the .mp3/.wav/.ogg/whatever of that music? I want to have it playing (on Winamp) on my comp like 24/7. Does anyone have it or know where I could get it?

By the way, if you don't know what I'm talking about, visit the main page with Flash enabled.

I guess Jeremy Soule did it ... or not?

Heres a good idea: On my fusion pack v12 i have sound while i play steam (In the menu BTW) so wehn you load it up, it plays all this cool music, i'm trying to find out where that music comes from, but that would be really good for ns when you load up steam.

The Steam background music is located in media\gamestartup.mp3

If it's not there, check any pak files that may exist.

    No, it's a unique sample.
It's similar to ns_ambience1.mp3, but it's not that one.
    I checked them all.

u want a few kick **** songs for in game or even during the upload music check these out. ( i recommend Age of War, barons of Hell, and skin) they go great in game, it adds the "your in a movie" atmosphere especially when barons of hell plays and theres a fight going on or a ambush ready to happen

(now to replace music with your games, save the file as then go into your steam/steamapps/(your Email here)/half-life/NS/music folder, then rename the Saved As file and replace whatever one u wanna replace)

Well, can someone please decompile the .swf and post the sound? Please?

You don't have to replace anything.
The game plays whatever MP3 is in there.

I think I have like 20-30 songs in there now, all from Command & Conquer, the Doom Theme (strangely, this one plays when I'm the last standing marine at an end game).

Recently I added the Matrix Revolutons/Reloaded soundtracks (unsure of which). Awsome sci fi tracks. Goes well with EVE too
